חודש פברואר 2025 היה ממש גרוע לעובדים

החורף הנוכחי מביא איתו לא רק גשמים וטמפרטורות נמוכות, אלא גם גל תחלואה משמעותי שמשפיע על המשק הישראלי. על רקע התפשטות מחלות החורף, ובהן שפעת וגלי הקורונה שחוזרים, נתוני סקר חדש מצביעים על עלייה חדה במספר ימי המחלה שלקחו עובדים במשק. הסקר, שנערך על ידי "עוקץ מערכות", חושף עד כמה ההשפעה הזו מורגשת – במיוחד בענף ההייטק, שבו נרשמה העלייה החדה ביותר.

החורף הנוכחי עם כל מחלות השפעת והקורונה ברקע, הביאו לעלייה של 25.8% במספר ימי מחלה שנטלו עובדים, כך עולה לפי נתוני סקר שביצעו ב"עוקץ מערכות". העלייה של 25.8% במספר ימי מחלה משנה שעברה מבוססים על מעל 7000 תלושי שכר שהונפקו בראשון לפברואר. מספר ימי המחלה הממוצע בחודש פברואר הנוכחי עומד על 1.7 ימים, לעומת 1.4 ימים אשתקד.

העלייה החדה ביותר הוא ההייטק, עם זינוק של 56.2% במספר ימי המחלה – מ-1.6 ל-2.5 ימים בממוצע.
